DEBUT DRUM DYNASTY CD RELEASED

DRUM DYNASTY DEBUT CD
Drummer Bruce Burgess recently teamed up with Seattle percussionists Arturo Rodriguez, Marco Zonka & film composer Kevin Christensen for Drum Dynasty. This is a cutting edge drum CD that showcases advanced odd measure drum rhythms meshed with world music. This self titled double CD explores African, Algerian, Haitian, Greek, & Arabic rhythms with hints of Yanvanlou, Masmoudi, Adowa, Hemiola, & Santeria along the way. Drum Dynasty is a must gem for any high-end drummer out there, but can take anyone down the primal path of indigenous drumming & intense world rhythms.
